Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

You have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged, unopened and in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the goods are delivered to you. If you wish to cancel, please e-mail us via our contact us page for an RMA number. The buyer is responsible for all return costs and we recommend using insured/recorded delivery for all returns. Unwanted returns with no mistake on our part will will be refunded (subject to terms) minus a small charge to cover our costs. It can take up to 14 working days to process returns. Refunds will only be applied in the same method in which you paid.
